Today, we want to lay a foundation that will help us in our walk with God. In John 8:32 Jesus said, “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
In Isaiah 5:13 God said, “My people (not sinners, not the world) are gone into captivity because they lack knowledge…”In Hosea 4:6 God said, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.”
Can you see that people actually perish who wouldn’t have to? Why do they perish? This is because they lack knowledge of God’s Word.
This year God has promised us overwhelming abundance. But for you to be a partaker of this blessing you must have have a sound understanding of the unseen world.
Whatever is pending in the realm of the spirit, be it by the Kingdom of light or by the kingdom of darkness, they cannot automatically manifest in the physical realm.
2 Peter 1:3 says, “According as His divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him that hath called us to glory and virtue.”
Ephesians 1:3 says, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places (the spirit realm, the unseen world) in Christ.”
The word “has” means that the matter has already taken place.
You have already overcome the enemy. The Bible says, “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world” (1 Jn. 4:4).
You have eternal life now. In 1 John 5:13 Apostle John said, “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.”
That your healing has already taken place. In Matthew 8:17 Jesus said, “That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.”
The Bible says, “Who His own self bare our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye WERE healed” (1 Pet. 2:24).
To illustrate what we are teaching, look at this Scripture:
Now, look at this Scripture: In Numbers 21:31-35 the Bible says, “So, the people of Israel occupied the territory of the Amorites. 32 After Moses sent men to explore the Jazer area, they captured all the towns in the region and drove out the Amorites who lived there. 33 Then they (Israel) turned and marched up the road to Bashan, but King Og of Bashan and all his people attacked them at Edrei. 34 The Lord said to Moses, "DO NOT BE AFRAID OF HIM, FOR I HAVE handed Him over to you, along with all his people and his land. Do the same to him as you did to King Sihon of the Amorites, who ruled in Heshbon." 35 And Israel killed King Og, his sons, and all his subjects; not a single survivor remained. Then Israel occupied their land” (NLT).
In this Scripture, a story is told about two kings, Sihon of the Amorites, and Og of Bashan. Israel requested both of them to allow them to pass through their countries. But both kings rejected the request. These countries not only refused to let Israel pass through their territory but actually came out to attack them.
In Numbers 21:34, the LORD said to Moses, "DO NOT BE AFRAID OF HIM, FOR I HAVE handed (delivered) Him over to you, along with all his people and his land....”
Moses, do not fear the enemy troops and their sophisticated weapons like Ak47 guns, Pump Action, Armoured tanks, and Turcano jet fighters.
In Psalm 20:7 the Psalmist said, “Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the Lord our God.”
Proverbs 18:10 says, “The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.”
In Psalm 91:14-15 the Lord said, "I will rescue those who love me. I will protect those who trust in My name.
15 When they call on Me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue and honour them.”
Look at what God is saying here: He is telling the children of Israel that in the realm of the spirit, He has already defeated the enemies of Israel.
So, do not be afraid of this large army with sophisticated weapons, Moses. I have finished the job already. I have already delivered them unto you. All that the Israelites need to do now is to come into agreement with His Word so as to physically receive what has already been done in the realm of the spirit.
This story is a clear example of the fact that before anything can manifest in the physical realm it MUST first of all happen in the spirit realm. Nothing happens in this physical (seen) world unless it is first done, manufactured or conceived in the unseen (spirit) world.
Therefore, the overwhelming abundance God has promised us this year, you have received it already. All you need to do is to rise up and by faith take possession of that which God already given to you.
